Paulami Basu, your brand sculptor, has had a career spanning in Creation, Narration and Solution for the last fifteen years in core FMCG industry.

Paulami has worked on some of the top brands of the country. She started her career with ‘Hindware’ and went on to work on brands like Spinz,  Chik, Nyle, Indica 10 Minutes, and Shilpa to name a few. 

 

She has been instrumental in launching many new products and brands in her career spanning across fifteen years. She has experience of working on categories as diverse as beauty, personal care, men’s grooming, food and beverage. Product development and launches, marketing communication and strategy, and brand identity creation and management are her core strengths.

In the last fifteen years she has worked extensively on brand development, brand identity creation, positioning, research, new product development and launches. Devising Communication strategies, Media planning and release were a regular part of her role.
